Why We Started Knack

It’s simple- we saw the difficulties small businesses were experiencing when buying insurance year-after-year.  It started with a simple question- could we build something better?  We believe we can.  Because we see the value small businesses and entrepreneurs create for society.  Small businesses are about the people, their vision and struggle to provide value to others. 

Mike and I spent years in the insurance business.  We know where the value is for the customer, and we know where the customer challenges exist.
